- Local SEO strategy and implementation
- Reputation management and review generation
- Google Ads management
- Website design and development
- Free Google Business Profile audits
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements provided to each client before work begins.
2. No Guaranteed Rankings
We do not guarantee specific rankings on Google, Google Maps, or any other search engine. No legitimate SEO provider can make that guarantee. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change at any time without notice.
What we do guarantee is consistent, strategic work based on current best practices. We report transparently on the results of that work every month, including calls, leads, and visibility metrics.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective results, we need your cooperation. This includes:
- Providing timely access to your Google Business Profile, website, and other relevant accounts
- Responding to requests for information, content approvals, and feedback in a reasonable timeframe
- Not making unauthorized changes to your Google Business Profile or website during active management without prior discussion
- Providing accurate business information (name, address, phone number, hours, services)
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. General terms include:
- Monthly service fees are due on the date specified in your agreement
- Setup fees, if applicable, are due before work begins
- Late payments may result in a pause of services until the balance is resolved
- All fees are in U.S. dollars
5. Ownership of Assets
You own your stuff. Specifically:
- Your Google Business Profile: Your GBP is your property. We manage it on your behalf, but you retain full ownership and admin access at all times.
- Your website: If we build or modify your website, you own the final product. All content, images you provide, and the completed website belong to you.
- Your data: All business data, analytics, and reporting we generate on your behalf belong to you.
- Our tools and processes: Our proprietary strategies, audit frameworks, reporting templates, and internal tools remain our intellectual property.
6. Term and Termination
Our standard service engagement begins with an initial 6-month term, as outlined in your service agreement. This initial commitment exists because meaningful SEO results take time to develop.
- After the initial term, services continue on a month-to-month basis
- Either party may terminate month-to-month services with 30 days written notice
- Upon termination, we will transfer all account access and deliverables to you
- No refunds are provided for partial months of service
7. Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Peak SEO's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Changes to search engine algorithms or policies that affect your rankings
- Actions taken by Google (such as suspensions or policy changes) that are outside our control
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from search engine changes
- Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Google, hosting providers, etc.)
8. Website Use
By using the Phoenix Peak SEO website, you agree to:
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
- Not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
